I bought the first Sigma mattress
I bought the first Sigma mattress and then I bought two others. Now every bed in my home is fitted with the best! Alex, you are a craftsman who puts his best work into each mattress. You and Jim made sure each one was customized to the desires of the one sleeping on it...and you did it for considerably less than ANY of the competitors. Nobody pays attention to comfort details like Sigma Mattress. I offer your business card at every opportunity because you ARE the best at what you do, I pray you continued success! Larry

We love our new custom made mattress and want to thank you both for standing by your word to do whatever was necessary to be sure we were happy. When our first mattress didn't feel comfortable after our first night sleeping on it you came and picked it up and built a completely different design then delivered it to our house all in the same day. Jim and Alex not only restored some of my faith in business, they restored some of my faith in people.
As a first-time home buyer, I'd been dealing with quite a few slick Realtors, reserved bankers, and manipulative contractors. After I closed on my house, there was the usual chain of "discoveries." The one and only positive experience in the first month was Sigma Mattress. The factory and showroom are upfront, clean, and transparent. I got to see the materials and meet Alex, the man making the mattress. Jim and Alex explained the process and described the options. Their warm customer service and obvious interest in their product and customers (not in "the deal") reminded me why I prefer to support local businesses. Jim and Alex not only restored some of my faith in business, they restored some of my faith in people. They made sure I was satisfied with the mattress and the platform bed frame. Since we purchased the adjustable bed we had to compromise and have a good bed with a regular mattress. Now we have a good bed and an excellent mattress! With the custom cover you guys made for us we can enjoy a king size bed or two separate twin when health issues so require. Thank you very much for thinking about our health issues as well as our personal preferences when you made your suggestions and recommendations.

"WOW!! I really think this guy can help us." 
  We have been in need of a new mattress for years. I came across your ad in The Penny Saver newspaper and we decided to check your place out.  When we walked in, I thought to myself, “This place is just a garage and there aren't many mattresses to choose from!!"  Then you came over and introduced yourself and started to ask us questions on what we were looking for and explained all the different kinds of mattresses and the different ways that they can be specially made.  I said to myself... again.... " WOW !!  I really think this guy can help us."  After trying the various mattresses and not being able to decide which one..you took us in the back to show us that we can have our mattress custom built if we wanted. There were many different ways that we could have had the mattress made.  We were very impressed and we knew we were NOT LEAVING without purchasing anything.  Finally, we both decided on the right mattress and there was no sale pressure at any point in time.  After ordering the mattress we ended up purchasing a new bed to go with it.  Both our backs were in rough shape.  Every morning we would wake up and could hardly walk getting out of our old bed. But less than 1 week after sleeping on our NEW  Sigma mattress...it was like HEAVEN.  Now the alarm goes off and we both get out of bed with no aching backs and with smiles on our faces on how GREAT WE FEEL every morning. Your prices can't be beat...the service....quality.... delivery....everything about you was fantastic.  Jim & Alex.... keep up the good work and we will be sure to recommend Sigma Mattress to anyone that is looking for a new mattress!!!!

You just can't get this level of service from a large mattress company.
After going to a couple of the larger mattress showrooms and being ignored by the sales staff I decided to give the smaller company a try. Talk about great service, as soon as I entered this little shop the owner Alex was there to talk about what they had to offer and even gave me a tour of his factory showing me how they made the mattresses and what options they could include. After concluding on the size, firmness, and covering around 1:00 PM I left the shop. I picked it up later that afternoon and have gotten a great nights sleep ever since. You just can't get this level of service from a large mattress company. Since then Alex has helped me with a sleep sofa repair along with a new mattress for it, now that truly sleeps like a bed. I highly recommend anyone in the market looking for a new mattress to stop by and see how Alex can help you out, him and his team are truly professionals who go out of their way to make their customers happy. If you want to get your money's worth for a great mattress, go to Sigma! Great job Alex!!
